All prices are listed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We use Stripe to process payments securely. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s payment terms and our Privacy Policy.

If a pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

Orders are processed and shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your package, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• It is free from marks, spills, tears, or any signs of wear

• All tags and original packaging are included

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale items and hygiene-related products (such as undergarments) are not eligible for refunds.
