Refund Policy
Shipping is done by third-party providers, and therefore, it is difficult to estimate shipping time. Generally, it should be between 8-12 days. If your order has not arrived within 12 days, we encourage customers to send us an email through the contact page.
Orders that did not arrive due to wrongful information provided in the order, such as the address, will not be eligible for a refund. If you have discovered that the wrong information was given, please get in touch with us immediately so we can try to correct it.
Refund Policy
We value our customers and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused — and must be free from any marks, spills, tears, odours, or other signs of wear. All original tags and packaging must also be included.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and certain accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
